A.K.A. Coho
salmon, this Alaskan species is named after its
gloriously shiny color. Known for it's
exceptional fight, the Coho will jump and splash
right up to the boat! They are considered by
some to be the best salmon for Salmon BBQ. It
has a mild flavor and a firm texture. Wild Coho
Salmon is shipped in flash frozen fillets,
each already in it's own vacuum sealed freezer
bag, so you can keep some out, and easily freeze
the rest.
